Jett Lawrence wins the Ricky Carmichael Award
At the 2022 MonsterEnergy Motocross of Nations, Jett Lawrence won the Ricky Carmichael Award. This Award is intended for the best classified youngster during the Motocross of Nations. The Australian had a strong performance in Buchanan where he won the 'Open Class' with a first and second place.
The previous winners of the Ricky Carmichael Awards were Arnaud Tonus (2007), Harri Kullas (2008), Jeffrey Herlings (2009-2011), Ken Roczen (2010), Tim Gajser (2012), Pauls Jonass (2015) and Jorge Prado- Garcia (2016-2018), Hunter Lawrence (2017), Rene Hofer (2019) and Liam Everts (2021).
