Protaper Micro dirt bike handlebar kit for the youngest riders
ProTaper has designed a handlebar for the youngest riders who are trying to master motocross. The American brand has applied its know-how to mini dirt bikes by developing handlebars with a thinner diameter at the grips, but with a standard thickness where the handlebar clamps are mounted, namely 22 mm.
To grow from their first careful laps to the last competitions in the 85cc class, this micro handlebar comes complete with two rubber grips, a throttle kit with seven extra cams included to limit the stroke of the throttle cable. As they get the hang of driving, you can gradually open the throttle further.
Finally, the micro handlebar kit reduces arm fatigue, optimizes control for young riders and provides a better grip on the controls. Three versions are available: KTM 50; Schoolboy low and Schoolboy pro.
