Kjell Verbruggen triumphs in Lelystad
In preparation for his World Championship debut, Kjell Verbruggen won the ninth race of the KNMV Open Dutch 250cc Championship. The Brabander managed to take the day's victory thanks to a first and second place on the Lelystad circuit. The British Joel Rizzi (3-1) and Sem de Lange (2-4) were also on the podium at MC Flevoland. Jeremy Knuiman remains the leader in the standings, Christopher Mills follows just a point!
