Seewer wins, Coldenhoff wins the second heat
Jeremy Seewer won the French Grand Prix in front of a frenzied crowd. The Swiss took the most points during the tenth Grand Prix of the season thanks to a first and second place. On the beautiful Ernee circuit, Jorge Prado (2-3) came second ahead of Glenn Coldenhoff (12-1). The Dutchman achieved his third podium finish in as many competitions!
In the first heat Brent Van Doninck managed to cross the finish line in third place, Jeremy Van Horebeek finished sixth. In the second heat, 'The Jerre' managed to finish eighth, while Van Doninck was now good for twelfth place. Calvin Vlaanderen only scored in the first heat with a fifteenth place.
Tim Gajser, fourth in the daily rankings, increases his lead in the standings. The Honda rider now has a 73 point lead over Maxime Renaux. The World Championship continues next week with the German GP at the Teutschenthal circuit.
