Cas Valk: “Fortunately the second heat was better”
His lead in the European 125cc Championship Presented by FMF Racing has decreased slightly. The Fantic rider came second during the sixth race of the season in Teutschenthal. The rider from Nijverdal finished fourth and second during the heats, Alexis Fueri (2-1) managed to win the race. Valk talks about the competition on the 'Talkessel Circuit' here.
Cas Valk:
“The first moto wasn't good, the riding wasn't good, I couldn't find my rhythm and wasn't happy with the bike setup. Fourth place was the maximum and that was a disappointment. Fortunately, the start of the second heat was much better. I was immediately in the leading group and could follow Alexis well. Unfortunately, attacking was not an option, but second place was good. I remain the leader in the standings and am already looking forward to the next race on the Lommel circuit.”
