Mairis Pumpurs season is already coming to an end
A bitter pill for Mairis Pumpurs and the SHR Motorsports Team. The Latvian will not play again this season after being injured last weekend. The Yamaha rider fell during a Latvian Championship race and injured his knee. An operation will follow next week, after which the rider will be out of action for about nine months.
Pumpurs would compete for the German team in the ADAC MX Masters. The rider makes his GP debut during the MXGP in Kegums, but he did not score.
The team is currently looking for a replacement for the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, this can of course be done via KEMCO Management.
