Pezzuto wins, Bolink and Van Essen score
Stefano Pezzuto won the fourth match of the European Open Championship in very muddy conditions. The Italian finished second during the second heat but that was enough for the overall victory. Jose Butron (1-5) is on the podium together with Simone Croci (8-1). Mike Bolink is the best Dutchman, he scores seven points. Twan van Essen manages to score five points on the Maggiora circuit.
A tough race for Michael Sandner, the 24-year-old rider only scores one point and loses the lead in the standings to Butron.
