Diogo Moreira surprises the World Cup top players!
The second race of the FIM World Supermoto Championship was won by Diogo Moreira. The Brazilian (photo) managed to win the Spanish Grand Prix ahead of Lukas Hollbacher and Ferran Cardus. Marc-Reiner Schmidt finished fifth but remains the leader in the standings.
Romain Kaivers and Romeo Fiorentino managed to get into the points at the Circuit of Alcarra. Unfortunately, the other Lowlanders were unable to do so. The championship continues the first weekend of June on the Italian island of Sardinia.
