AMPL Daverdisse: Tanguy Gabriel dominates
In Daverdisse, the AMPL was able to register 55 registrations at the Inters, something that the Flemish federations can only dream of at the moment. No wonder that the Inters are still split into MX2 and MX1. Although we must immediately say that a large number of Inters 'double' them
Inters MX2
In the quarter liters, 30 riders started. In the first round, victory went to Valentin Lacasse, the son of AMPL chairman and 90s FAM star, Laurent. Lacasse was 5.7 seconds ahead of championship leader Tanguy Gabriel at the line. GP rider Florent Lambillon finished third, more than 19 seconds behind Lacasse. In the second moto the roles were reversed and Gabriel won by more than 6 seconds ahead of Lacasse. Arnaud Renard came third. On the final podium, Gabriel was on the top step, Lacasse came second and Renard third.
Inters MX1
Gabriel also proved to be the strongest at the Inters MX1. The KTM rider even won both heats in this class. In the first heat he preceded Benjamin Doneux and Florent Lambillon. In the second moto, Jordan beat Hebette Doneux for second place.
In the final standings, Tanguy Gabriel was of course on the highest podium, together with Doneux and Hebette.
