Boisrame as replacement for Herlings at KTM?
According to Gatedrop.com, Mathys Boisrame will be recruited by KTM as a replacement for the injured Jeffrey Herlings. The Brabander suffered a heel injury last month and it is still unclear when he will be able to return to action. Because Jorge Prado has switched to GasGas and Antonio Cairoli has retired, KTM currently has no MXGP rider! Boisrame comes over from MX2 and he rode a number of MXGP races as a replacement for Ivo Monticelli. For 2022, Kawasaki has chosen to sign Ben Watson alongside Romain Febvre.
Boisrame was going to compete for a private team with support from Kawasaki, but his switch to KTM seems to be a matter of time!
