Rick Elzinga will make GP debut in Matterley
In less than four weeks, the FIM MXGP-MX2 World Championship will start at the Matterley Basin circuit. The promoter has announced the list of participants, which also includes Rick Elzinga. The motocross rider from Zenderen will compete in the European 2022cc Championship in 250, but that championship will start later. Hutten Metaal Yamaha Racing has therefore decided to compete in the British GP with both Elzinga and his Italian teammate Andrea Bonacorsi, who is also making his debut in the World Championship.
