Team Assomotor-Honda closes its doors
One of the teams that will not return in 2022 is Team Assomotor-Redmoto-Honda of Alfredo Bevilacqua. The Italian team that was founded in 1991 has decided to close its doors. In the past, riders such as Alessandro Lupino, Valentin Guillod, Brent Van Doninck and Arminas Jasikonis competed for the team.
This year the CR250F was chosen and the riders were active in both the MX2 and EMX250. Last season, Stephane Rubini finished tenth in the final standings of the World Cup. In 2018, AssoMotor took the EMX250 title with Mathys Boisramé.
