Standing Construct Racing continues with Husqvarna?
It is increasingly looking like Standing Construct Racing will become the official Husqvarna MXGP factory team in 2022. Originally, the KTM group wanted to divide their three brands (KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas) across three teams.
The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team will remain on KTM while De Carli Racing will from now on ride GasGas. The collaboration with IceOne Racing will not be extended. Initially the plan was for Negaan MX to run the Husqvarna factory team for MX2 and MXGP. According to well-informed sources, this idea was discarded and Standing Construct is now switching to Husqvarna! However, Pauls Jonass and Brian Bogers remain in position in Tim Mathys' team.
To be continued….
