Bruce takes the last pole ahead of Lucas Coenen
In Mantova, Bobby Bruce took pole position for the final race of the European 125cc Championship Presented by FMF Racing. The Briton was just faster than Lucas Coenen and title favorite Valerio Lata. The best Dutchman in the time training was Ivano van Erp, the Yamaha rider starts from fifth place. Cas Valk (6th) and Scott Smulders (10th) also placed in the top ten, Kay Karssemakers did not get further than fourteenth place.
Also a strong performance by Bradley Mesters, the Brabander trained to thirteenth place. Mirco ten Kate (19th) and Lotte van Drunen (31st) also qualified. The starting gate for the first heat falls at 12:20. Lata is 22 points ahead of Bruce, Karssemakers only four ahead of Lucas Coenen in the battle for third place.
