Lata has to work hard to beat Van Erp
In a tough battle, Valerio Lata won the first heat during the sixth race of the European 125cc Championship. The KTM rider had to work hard to keep Ivano van Erp behind him on the Arco di Trento circuit. Bobby Bruce comes third ahead of Bence Pergel and Kay Karssemakers, who comes back strongly after less time training. Scott Smulders takes eleventh place ahead of Lucas Coenen and still no trace of Sacha Coenen.
The debut of Janis Martins Reisulis is striking, he immediately took a point by crossing the finish line in 20th. Unfortunately there are no points for Baptiste Beernaert this round, the F4E driver crosses the finish line in 27th.
