Dafy Moto is going on the Belgian tour!
Dafy Moto, known for years on the French motorcycle market as a specialist in motorcycle equipment and accessories, is entering Belgium. It is the first international market for the French company.
Been writing for almost 50 years Dafy Moto an incredible success story. Since their founding in 1974, the French company has opened more than 180 stores in France and has also been active online since 2007.
The figures emphasize the success of Dafy Moto: between 2017 and 2020, turnover increased by no less than 1.000% and last year, traffic to their website - with a collection of more than 100.000 products ranging from clothing to accessories - increased by no less than 30%. Now Dafy Moto is also starting an international story. And that starts in… Belgium!
At home in off-road
Dafy Moto is a household name among all motorcyclists in our southern neighbors. Also motocross and enduro riders! For several years now, Dafy has been the main sponsor of Serge Guidetty's GSM Dafy Michelin Yamaha team, which this year... Maxime Desprey won both the French MX1 and SX1 titles.
In addition, Dafy also has a successful own enduro team, it is an important sponsor of Dakar topper Xavier the Soul Trait (opening photo) and in the beach races Dafy previously played the Belgian card with Yentel Martens, who was now succeeded by Daymond Martens in the Dafy Michelin Wonderbike team!
An offer aimed at the Belgian market
Why that choice? “We want to meet the demand of our many Belgian customers who are already crossing the border to a branch in their area. It was therefore a logical step to cross the border into Belgium ourselves,” says Sarah Mussati, International Development Manager at Dafy Moto.
The French group decided not to simply send deliveries from France to Belgium via the webshop, but developed a specific website with services and promotions that are expressly aimed at our country. “We are all ears for our Belgian audience,” Sarah continues. “Dafy customers can have their products delivered to their home or to a collection point. They can also use our Click & Collect tire service: people can order tires via our website and schedule installation at a Dafy store just across the border: Dafy Moto Seclin, Dafy Moto Valenciennes, Dafy Speed Hazebrouck, Dafy Speed Mézières, Dafy Speed Hallennes-lez-Haubourdin and Dafy Moto Thionville.
Up to 15% discount, free delivery and 100 days' reflection period
All well-known off-road brands (Alpinestars, Shot Race Gear, Thor, Airoh, 100%, Kenny...) are represented in Dafy Moto's Belgian catalogue, at unbeatable prices. In addition, Dafy also offers the top brands for road riders such as Dainese, Rev'It, Schuberth, TCX and there are also strong house brands: All One, DMP and Baltik.
“In total, the customer can choose from almost 200 brands in equipment, accessories and tires for the motorcycle. Our range is so wide that everyone can find something to their liking,” explains Sarah Mussati. “To celebrate our launch in Belgium, we are offering up to 15% discount on every order during the month of November and delivery is completely free, regardless of the amount!”
