VIDEO: Rick Elzinga talks about his American adventure!
Rick Elzinga finished 250th overall in Hangtown during the last American AMA 16 National of the season after finishing 17th and 16th in the heats. A nice result knowing that the Dutchman achieved these results on a KTM SXF250 with a standard engine. Everything was extracted from this engine block through a good ECU adjustment and of course the HGS exhaust system that was brought from the Netherlands.
In addition, Rick also rode on his own European suspension that was slightly adjusted to the American tracks by AEO Powersports and their suspension specialists. The fact that the man on the machine is still the biggest link in our sport has been proven once again! Now the look goes back to the EMX250 championship for Elzinga. That championship restarts on October 2 in Teutschenthal.
