Dylan Ferrandis wins the Pro Motocross final
The final race of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship 450MX was won by Dylan Ferrandis. The Yamaha rider won at the Sacramento circuit with a first and third place. After two victories, Eli Tomac had to settle for second place today. He would have loved to have won his last race with Kawasaki. With a fourth and first place, he finishes second ahead of Cooper Webb (3-2). With this result, the KTM rider managed to finish fourth in the final standings!
Ken Roczen was in the lead for a long time in the first round, but it was Ferrandis who had the best second half of the race. The Frenchman wins and both are involved in the crash in the first corner at the start. Tomac wins the last round of the season and with that the vice title goes to him. By finishing this championship strongly, Webb managed to finish fourth in the final standings and narrowly passed Chase Sexton. It was striking that Suzuki finished fifth, Brandon Hartranft finished seventh and sixth during the heats. This puts the HEP Motorsports rider fifth during the 'Hangtown Motocross Classic'.
