Lucas Coenen outstanding in Magescq
The battle between Lucas and Sacha Coenen at the top of the French 125cc championship remains fierce. Lucas is currently in the lead ahead of his brother Sacha. Today Lucas won both series in Magescq.
Magescq is a home race for the 9mm Energy Drink Bud Racing Kawasaki teammates and so it was another battle between the teeth. The Frenchman Nicolas Duhamel is the only one who could stay close to the Belgian brothers, but at a considerable distance. Lucas thus won the first series ahead of his brother and Duhamel.
The second series was once again a success for Lucas Coenen, who again managed to finish ahead of his brother Sacha. Xavier Cazal finished third. In the battle for the French Junior 125cc championship, Lucas now has an 11-point lead.
