Come test the 2022 CRF250R or CRF450R!
Honda invites you for an unforgettable day! On Monday September 13 you can meet the new CRF250R and CRF450R on the Lommel circuit. Participating in this test is completely free, but you must register in advance through a Honda dealer.
To participate you must have a permit and appropriate equipment. Here you will find the list of Honda dealers. The circumstances of Lommel allow us to get a realistic picture of the performance of the CRF models. On September 13, JM Honda Racing's Jacky Martens will also be available for further explanation.
No class is more challenging and competitive than the MX2. But it is precisely these extreme conditions in which the CRF250R has been able to prove its fighting spirit and combativeness. This bike gradually evolved into a machine with which both MX enthusiasts and professional riders can always get the best out of themselves.
The new CRF250R is more efficient than ever, thanks to a chassis derived from the CRF450R and major improvements to the cylinder head for more midrange torque and more high-end power. New radiators improve cooling efficiency, the clutch now has nine discs and the ratios of the primary drive, gearbox and final drive have been changed.
2022 CRF450R: Chasing Tim Gajser
After a major redesign in 2021, the CRF450R continues to evolve. The Honda CRF450R has been known as the benchmark for motocross since its introduction in 2002. The overall package has always been aimed at giving every rider total control through excellent balance and agility.
In addition, the 2022 CRF450R naturally offers the build quality, durability and longevity that Honda is known for. Honda's MX2022 engine has been improved in many areas for 1. New ECU settings provide a smoother ride, and a revised Showa suspension setup improves the suspension balance between the front and rear. The frame underwent no changes and therefore remains exactly the same frame as that of the CRF450RW with which Tim Gajser became MXGP world champion in both 2019 and 2020.
