Keiheuvel is preparing for world top
The last GP motocross at Keiheuvel dates back to 1998, but the field of participants that KMC Mol gathered for August 15 is undoubtedly world class. Jeffrey Herlings and Glenn Coldenhoff are the main attractions in the MX1, but the Flanders Masters can boast an unprecedented, strong starting field in the MX2!
MX2 vice world champion and home rider Jago Geerts will be able to indulge himself in his own Balen. Thanks to the participation of the Yamaha, KTM and Husqvarna factory teams, we see the crème de la crème of quarter-litre motocross riders in action on and around the Kei! With Jago Geerts, World Championship leader Maxime Renaux, Thibault Benistant, world champion Tom Vialle, Rene Hofer, seasonal revelation Kay De Wolf, Jed Beaton, Rick Elzinga and Liam Everts, it will certainly be exciting.
They are also preparing for fireworks in Balen in the MX1. In addition to factory riders Herlings, Coldenhoff and Brian Bogers, many sand hares with name and fame are also present. Judge yourself:
- Kevin Strijbos
- Calvin Flanders
- Brent Van Doninck
- Shaun Simpson
- Henry Jacobi
As if that wasn't enough, many amateurs have also registered, both for the program on Saturday and the competition on Sunday. However, you can still register through this link.
Finally, we would like to mention that KMC Mol maintains a very democratic pricing policy. Anyone under 14 gets in for free. Entrance for Sunday (or the entire weekend!) is only 25 euros. If you only go on Saturdays, you pay barely 15 euros!
