Katona takes the title, Van den Broek fifth
With two heat victories, Aron Katona has won the FIM Junior World Championship 65cc. The Hungarian was the best in both rounds and is therefore the first Hungarian to win this title. Sleny Goyer (3-2) and Andrea Uccellini (2-3) are next to the KTM rider on the podium. The best Dutchman was Dex van den Broek, the rider from Deurne finished ninth and fourth, which gave him fifth place. Dean Gregoire was too eager and crashed three times in the first moto, finishing eleventh. He did not finish the second heat because his machine was damaged in the starting crash.
