Jago Geerts was the first Belgian to win a 125cc/MX2 in his own country since Stefan Everts in 2003. The very young Kay De Wolf took his first MX2 series victory, Romain Febvre finally took his GP victory in Lommelwood and 'Ironman' Jeffrey Herlings surprised friend and foe.
