Still an MXGP in Oss this weekend
The upcoming race for the Motocross World Championship was hanging by a thread. In recent days, major question marks have arisen around the organization now that the Dutch government has tightened the corona measures again. Good news came tonight: Oss continues!
The sudden increase in the number of infections among the population was so great that the organization in Oss was challenged. However, tonight the decision was made that the MXGP at De Witte Ruijsheuvel in Oss can indeed continue. The organization is obliged to give spectators a permanent seat around the circuit. It is said that approximately 6000 seats should be installed. So there is indeed allowed to be an audience in Oss. However, visits to the riders' park by the regular public will not be possible. To visit the GP you must be in possession of a corona certificate or QR code.
