Petar Petrov rode with a broken cervical vertebra
Last weekend Petar Petrov did not compete at the Oss circuit. The Bulgarian has a German employer so he was present in Tensfeld. Things went wrong during the timed training for the second ADAC MX Masters. Petrov jumped on a motorcycle from a fallen ride because no yellow flag was displayed. The KMP Honda rider suffered a serious fall but fought off the pain all day long!
He managed to finish tenth in the first heat and Petrov even finished seventh in the second heat. He did not finish the last heat due to machine trouble. The next day during a visit to the hospital it became clear that the C6 cervical vertebra was broken. As a result, the crosser is disabled for the time being!
