MXGP Oss: Herlings on pole for Coldenhoff!
Holland upstairs during the MXGP time training! Top favorite Jeffrey Herlings confirmed his rising level of form. Herlings narrowly took pole ahead of a super motivated Glenn Coldenhoff who is driving in front of his own audience today. A striking name in the top 5 is that of sand hare Arminas Jasikonis. The first two GPs of the sympathetic Lithuanian were very disappointing.
In addition to Herlings and Coldenhoff, Standing Construct GasGas driver Brian Bogers also reached the top 10. Calvin Vlaanderen set the 11th fastest time. The regular World Cup Belgians Kevin Strijbos, Jeremy Van Horebeek and Brent Van Doninck have to settle for P15, P 18 and P21 respectively at the starting gate.
For the wildcard drivers, Oss announces itself as a tough GP. Hopefully things will improve soon for Rene De Jong, Lars Van Berkel, Svan Van Der Mierden and Yentel Martens.
