Guadagnini wins, De Wolf the best Lowlander
In Loket, Mattia Guadagnini won the first round during the fifth GP of the season. The Italian got off to a good start, leaving the first corner as the leader. Tom Vialle turns two on his return to the World Championship ahead of Jed Beaton. Ruben Fernandez takes fourth place ahead of World Cup leader Maxime Renaux, who fights back very well and displaces Kay de Wolf from fifth place in the final phase.
With sixth place, De Wolf is the best Laaglander, Roan van de Moosdijk crosses the finish line in eighth. Not a good race from Jago Geerts, he has to settle for twelfth place! Julian Vander Auwera comes 38th and this time too he is the last man.
