GP Sidecars Rudersberg cancelled! GP Estonia now on September 25/26!
The Grand Prix Sidecars in Rudersberg Germany, planned for September 25/26, is cancelled. The Sidecar Grand Prix in Long Estonia is now scheduled for that date. The 2021 Sidecar Cross World Championship consists of four Grand Prix and twelve heats in which the Sidecar World Champion will be determined. The ball will now open in Jinin, Czech Republic, on August 21/22. This is followed by Oss (18/19-09), Lange Estonia (25/26-09) and the last GP is again in the Czech Republic, in Kramolin (09/10-10)
The globally legendary Rudersberger motocross cannot take place this year either because the authorities have not given permission for the organization of this motocross, which this year was also dominated by the Grand Prix Sidecars. In Estonia, Lange indicated that they would prefer to organize later than in mid-August and therefore the GP Sidecars of Estonia will now be moved to September 25/26, the original date of Rudersberg. There are now four more Grand Prix planned for the World Championship sidecars, in which a total of twelve heats must be used to determine who will become the 2021 World Champion. Organizer WSC has already announced that it will do everything it can to ensure that the remaining Grand Prix continues, even if creative solutions have to be found regarding possible Covid restrictions. After all, people want a Grand Prix Sidecars with an audience!
