Liam Everts at work in Foxhill this weekend
This Saturday the nerves of the Everts family will be a little more tense than usual because Liam will compete in a race on the legendary Foxhill circuit in the United Kingdom. The name Foxhill sounds like a bell to many motocross enthusiasts and that has a lot to do with the achievements of dad Stefan in 1998.
The Foodmaker KTM Liamski pilot takes the race as a final preparation for the first EMX250 race of the year a week later in Matterley Basin. The match in Foxhill counts towards the Revo British Championship. The location brings back memories from 1998, when Stefan Everts excelled during the rain-drenched Motocross of Nations. The Legend was King, Emperor and Tsar at the same time that day because no one came even close to the Belgian. Below is the video with the images of Everts' "mudfest" burned into your retinas.
