No team and thumb surgery for Edberg
Earlier this month, Tim Edberg decided to leave Ghidinelli Racing-Yamaha. The Swede has been in France with Steven Frossard for a few weeks. He trains there with a 450F, but for the time being he will not be behind the starting gate. A thumb injury is bothering Edberg and surgery is required to avoid endangering his future. It is not clear when Edberg will appear at the starting gate again.
