Luke Clout hits back with a double
In Canberra, Luke Clout took revenge after his poor first race of the Penrite ProMX Championship MX1. The Yamaha rider dropped out of the first race of the season, which immediately put him behind. Clout won both heats in the second race, allowing him to make up many points. CDR-Yamaha's success was completed by Hayden Mellross (4-2), who finished second ahead of KTM rider Regan Duffy (3-3). Duffy remains the leader in the standings on seven points, followed by Todd Waters.
The championship continues on May 30 at the Gillman circuit.
