Gregoire and Heitink in the top five in Lovolo
This weekend the second race of the FMI Italian Youth Championship 'North' was held at the Lovolo circuit. The country is divided into two regions and after two qualifying competitions, the best youth riders compete in two final competitions. With a fourth place, Dean Gregoire narrowly missed the podium, but the KTM rider became the winner in two races.
At MC Albettone, Dani Heitink managed to finish fifth in the 85cc Junior. Jannes Vos finished twelfth in the overall standings on the exceptionally beautiful but difficult circuit. Yuel Karnebeek (65cc Debutanti) finished seventh and second in the 'championship' today. Hidde Hutten did very well with the 65 Cadet, the Yamaha rider finished ninth. Chento van Zoest came 18th. Lotte van Drunen achieved the twelfth fastest time in the 85cc Senior, where Jayson van Drunen only scored in the first round.
