Kailub Russell breaks jaw and ribs
In preparation for the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, Kailub Russell had a hard crash. The eight-time GNCC champion crashed hard at the FOX Pala Raceway, breaking his jaw and three ribs. A setback for Russell and the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing USA for which he would compete. The front wheel took a step to the side, after which Russell became unbalanced and took one hand off the handlebars. At the same time, the rider accelerates and heads into the gates at full throttle. It is still unclear whether the KTM rider will be able to compete during the first race of the season on May 29.
