Cameron McAdoo on his crash and third place

“That crash was a very scary moment for me. Immediately after the crash I struggled to move my leg. I didn't expect the medical staff to keep letting me ride, but I didn't want to give up. After all, we are in the middle of a heated battle for the 250SX West-Coast title battle. I'm going to give it my all until the grand finale in Salt Lake City. Once I was cleared by the Alpinestars medical team to restart, I focused back on the goal. My goal was to get as many points as possible and keep myself in the championship race. I'm happy with third place, the crash was very hard but now it's time to rest and recover as much as possible for Saturday.”
Seth Hammaker
“I ended the day well with a ninth place. My Kawasaki felt great but I couldn't find my flow all day. It took a lot of energy to qualify for the final via the LCQ. I pushed as hard as I could for as long as I could and finished in ninth place. All in all, not a bad result after a day with some problems. We will be there again on Saturday and hopefully we can take a big step forward.”
