Ruben Fernandez the strongest in his own country
Ruben Fernandez also won the second Campeonato de Espana de Motocross MX2 race at the Albaida circuit. The Honda rider won both heats and remains undefeated in this championship. Yago Martínez Nogueira (3-2) came second ahead of Britain's Eddie Jay Wade (2-4). Guillem Farrés Plaza did not have a flawless first heat in which he only finished twelfth. The second heat went better for the F4E driver who is in second place in the standings, 27 points behind leader Fernandez.
