Jorge Prado escapes unscathed
In Mantova, Jorge Prado fell when he wanted to attack leader Romain Febvre. He lay under the engine for a while and then had to be supported to walk back to the pits. KTM Factory Racing subsequently announced that the young Spaniard fortunately suffered no injuries from the crash.
Jorge Prado: “It was a sharp impact in the stomach area that left me unable to breathe and in pain. We went to the hospital for a check-up, but everything turned out to be OK. I just need some rest now.”
