The titles are for Lapucci and Febvre
Van de Moosdijk and Van Horebeek on the podium
During the third and final race of the Internazionali d'Italia Motocross, Nicholas Lapucci (MX2) and Romain Febvre (MX1) managed to capture the titles. In the MX2 class, the Fantic rider was in the lead from start to finish. Roan van de Moosdijk trained the fastest but did not have the best start. The Brabander came back to second place ahead of the unknown Ramon Savioli who, like the winner, competes with a 250cc 2-stroke. Febvre wins the MX1 race ahead of a very strong Jeremy Van Horebeek, the Beta rider even manages to close some of his deficit to the Kawasaki rider. Ivo Monticelli completes the top three. In the SUperFinale the victory goes to Febvre, the Frenchman is again ahead of 'The Jerre' and Monticelli.
In the MX2 race, Liam Everts finished twelfth, Jens Walvoort finished 23rd and Twan van Essen did not finish. In the MX1 class, Micha Boy de Waal is good for tenth place, followed by Kevin Fors. In the Superfinal, Van de Moosdijk does well with a fifth place, just behind Lapucci. Fors now crosses the finish line in fifteenth place and Everts took 18th place while De Waal does not finish.
