Bogers on pole in Spain, Everts seventh
In Montearagon, Brian Bogers took pole position during the first race of the MX Elite Campeonato de Espana. The GasGas rider won the qualifying race ahead of Ander Valentin and multiple Spanish champion Jose Butron. In the MX2 class, victory went to Ruben Fernandez-Garcia. The Honda rider won with a wide lead ahead of Guillem Farres and Sergio Notario. Liam Everts steered his KTM to a neat seventh place. In the lightest class, Raul Sanchez-Garcia was the best ahead of fellow countryman Pablo Gutierrez and the British Bobby Bruce. Kay Karssemakers piloted his SKS Racing Husqvarna to sixth place and Cas Valk finished eleventh.
