This is what Jago Geerts' spring looks like!
Because the MXGP will start a little later in 2021, there are more opportunities to gain steam during the spring races. Vice world champion Jago Geerts announced today on social media which competitions he will participate in in the first months of next year.
Jago participates in the first two races of the Italian Prestige champion, but skips the third race because he opts for the race in Hawkstone Park. He will ride five races in preparation for the start of the MX2 World Championship on April 3 in Oman. Afterwards he will also participate in the competitions for the Dutch Masters.
Jago Geerts: "Subject to the Covid-19 evolution and test work for Yamaha, this is my (provisional) program for the international competitions during the first five months of 2021."
