Lung infection for Jorge Prado
The Spanish MX2 world champion has been doing well lately in the MXGP class, but had to throw in the towel just before Lommel III due to a positive COVID-19 test. It now appears that he has also contracted a lung infection due to the virus and will no longer play this year.
Jorge Prado will therefore also miss the two matches on Wednesday and next Sunday in Trentino. He wants to fully recover from this situation and be able to compete at the top of the MXGP again in 2021.
