Bridgestone is back after never being gone.
Around the turn of the century, Bridgestone withdrew as a supplier of tires to professional racing such as F1, MotoGP and motocross. Since then, the largest tire manufacturer in the world has continued to supply off-road tires, but their development has been put on the back burner while their direct competitors have been busy.
But since the beginning of this year, things have picked up speed again because the brand has once again launched very competitive tires on the market. For example, the engines of Dave Thorpe's Buildbase Team are equipped with it. Bridgestone once again has a complete range for motocross, so you can choose tires for sandy, semi-soft surfaces or for hardpack circuits. The tires have been developed in collaboration with several MXGP teams and the reviews given by the pilots are very positive. Bridgestone's dream is to win a world title in motocross within a few years.
