Watson records his first GP heat victory!
In Lommel, Ben Watson managed to book his first Grand Prix round victory! The Yamaha rider was ahead of Tom Vialle and Maxime Renaux. Jago Geerts crashes twice and does not get further than fourth place, causing Vialle to increase his lead again! Roan van de Moosdijk is the best Dutchman, the Kawasaki rider crosses the finish line in tenth ahead of Bas Vaessen. Despite a fall in the first round, Cyril Genot still crosses the finish line in fourteenth, Nathan Renkens scores three points in 18th place. Glenn Bielen crosses the finish line in 28th.
