Glenn Coldenhoff injury update
Glenn Coldenhoff (Standing Construct GasGas Factiry Racing) set the third fastest time in timed practice this morning but crashed early in the session. The Dutch top rider had an unfortunate landing and suffered a fracture in two vertebrae.
The team itself provided its first update this afternoon via Twitter: “For all Glenn Coldenhoff fans. What we know at this time is that he suffered a fracture in two vertebrae but he has feeling in his arms and legs. He is now being transferred to the hospital in Herentals.
Many thanks to the medical team in Lommel, they did a great job.”
