Tommy Searle takes the title in England
Tommy Searle finally closed the door of the GPs behind him last season after several difficult years and successfully decided to seek refuge in his own country. Searle was crowned champion in the MX nationals last weekend and seems to have finally put his difficult period in the GPs behind him. On the Belgian side, Brent Van Doninck finished his first season on the 450cc machine in a creditable third place, three points behind Martin Barr who also won the last race of the season.
