Liam undergoes successful surgery on radius bone
Last Monday Liam was expected at AZ Herentals. This was for the operation on his right radius bone. As you know, he broke this radius during a fall in Faenza, after which it healed in the wrong position, which now hinders the freedom of movement of the wrist. To solve this, the radius had to be broken again and repositioned. The new position of the bone would then be anchored with a metal plate.
The operation to realize all this went smoothly. However, after the operation, swelling occurred that caused some problems and enormous pain. These were resolved by replacing the splint. Unfortunately, this was also a painful procedure for Liam to undergo, and the change of splints also caused a small amount of bleeding.
Now we have to wait and see how this will all be restored. We will know more about this when Liam has to visit the doctor in a few weeks. Until then, Liam will rest his arm and work his brain! Because the youngster will fully concentrate on his schoolwork. Liam, who studies through home education, has successfully completed all his subjects to date. And now only one subject separates him from his diploma. This profession is the beautiful language of love, the French language! To pass this exam, he will receive daily lessons and participate in a language camp!
