Liam Everts has to go under the knife!
Last Thursday, five weeks after the crash in the EMX125 Grand Prix of Italy, Liam visited his doctors. Unfortunately, he did not hear any good news there. After reviewing the medical imaging and removing the cast, a complication was identified. The right radius bone has not healed into an ideal position, which hinders wrist movements. Due to Liam's young age and the fact that he is still at the beginning of his career, opting for surgery was the wisest choice. Because such an operation will allow him to regain full range of motion of his right wrist.
Liam's surgery is scheduled for next Monday, October 12. We will certainly keep you informed.
