KTM presents KTM 250 SX-F Troy Lee Designs
KTM is proud to announce the 250 KTM 2021 SX-F TROY LEE DESIGNS, a special tribute to the collaboration with artist and designer Troy Lee and the extremely successful Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/KTM Factory Racing team over the past five years . The new KTM has KTM's own Connectivity Unit as standard, so riders can immediately get started with the many possibilities of the innovative myKTM app upon receipt.
Developed based on feedback from seasoned Supercross and Motocross racers, the limited-edition KTM 250 SX-F TROY LEE DESIGNS features carefully chosen and race-focused upgrades on top of the agility and power of the KTM 250 SX-F. The KTM is equipped with premium WP
The combination of these performance boosters, which are standard on all KTM 4-stroke motocrossers, and the track-proven upgrades from the KTM 250 SX-F TROY LEE DESIGNS makes this bike an absolute racing monster. One of the highlights of this machine is the standard Connectivity Unit, which, in combination with the free to download myKTM app, makes it easy to set the engine and suspension via a smartphone.
Among the improvements to the KTM are the high-quality factory wheels. These have D.I.D DirtStar rims and fully CNC machined and orange anodized axles. Together with the black spokes and orange anodized aluminum valves, these guarantee minimum weight with maximum stability, so that the rider has total control.
Dunlop Geomax MX 33 tires transfer the power to the ground, using the proven block-in-block design for optimal grip. Factory triple clamps with orange anodizing match the WP XACT fork perfectly and have a precisely calculated stiffness that matches the flex characteristics of the frame and fork. This allows the entire front end to work in perfect harmony, contributing to the bike's exceptional handling and stability.
The KTM 250 SX-F TROY LEE DESIGNS also comes standard with an Akrapovič Slip-On damper that further improves the low-end grunt of the 250 cm3 engine, while the titanium further reduces weight. A Factory starter has also been installed that is designed to lock the fork in holeshots to stay ahead of the competition, and a composite crankcase skid plate protects vital components. The bike also has a semi-floating front brake disc for maximum braking performance, a front brake disc protector and a lightweight, black aluminum rear sprocket. A rolled metal Hinson clutch guard has been added for extra durability and to enhance the Factory look.
Guaranteed to stand out on any track, the KTM 250 SX-F's special and exclusive graphics build on the unique creativity of every detail of the racing look of the Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/KTM Factory Racing bikes. An iconic blue saddle with silicone strips contributes to the cool appearance of the motorcycle and gives the rider optimal feeling and grip. The recessed graphics and technical accents further give a fast and aggressive look, reflecting the racing machines of the TLD racing team from the USA, and make these models unique in the motocross catalogue.
