Thomas Chareyre the new leader in S1GP after victory
In a sunny and warm Ortona, Thomas Chareyre won the second race of the FIM Supermoto World Championship. The TM rider won two of the three races at the International Circuit of Abruzzo, making him the winner of the day. The first race of the weekend was won by Marc-Reiner Schmidt. The German finished second overall but lost the lead in the standings to the Frenchman. The podium was completed by Lukas Hollbacher (5-3-2).
