Loris Freidig wins the first heat!
On a much too wet Faenza circuit, Loris Freidig won the first round of the European 2-Stroke Championship. The Swiss came out of the first corner as the leader and did not relinquish this position. Brad Anderson crosses the finish line second ahead of Federico Tuani, Gianluca Deghi and Canadian Kade Tinkler-Walker. Manuel Iacopi's race did not go well, he trained as fastest but did not finish after a crash exiting the first corner! Unfortunately, we do not see any Belgians or Dutch in action in this class.
