Dex van den Broek also the best in Halle
The third race of the KNMV Open Dutch Championship 65cc Small Wheels was also won by Dex van den Broek. The Brabander managed to win both heats at Circuit De Kappenbulten'. This means that the Paez Racing driver remains undefeated in this championship!
1st heat:
In the morning during training on the HALMAC circuit, Dex immediately shows his plans. He trains the fastest and takes his third pole of this season. The start of the first heat is perfect and the 10-year-old rider immediately takes the lead. Lap after lap he takes more distance from his pursuers, causing Dex to fall into the stragglers in the final phase. His large lead allows him to pass these riders calmly and in a controlled manner. The pace slows down slightly, but his large lead is never in danger.
2st heat:
The second heat starts less well and that is why he is compromised in the first corner, but thanks to good steering, the student from tenth place still emerges as the leader of the first round. He then competes again in his own race and builds up a large lead of almost 60 seconds! The heat is also won, bringing the count to six heat victories in as many starts!
Next game:
The championship will continue in two weeks, when it will be held at the Oldebroek circuit.
